General Terms and Conditions


Pravljica na Veliki planini (Rok Virag s.p., Spodnji Gasteraj 51, 2223 Jurovski Dol) rent the accommodations in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions::

  1. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when we receive the customer's written order. This means that the customer fully accepts the General Business Terms and Conditions (GTC).

  1. Services and prices

We are obliged to have the accommodation that the customer has booked ready and to implement the agreed services. The customer undertakes to pay the agreed price for the services he has used. The customer has no right to additional services that were not loved or which are not in our offer.

All prices on the price list are in euros and include value added tax (VAT).

The tourist tax is an additional payment item and is therefore not included in the price of overnight stays..

III. Special offers

Special offers (first minute, last minute, promotions and similar)

Offers that can be considered as special offers are valid from the day they are published on the website until the day indicated as the end of the promotional offer. Special offers do not apply to reservations made before the offer or after the offer has expired. Offers are valid only under the conditions stated on the website.

  1. Provision and acceptance of accommodation and conditions of stay

We will do our best to take the customer's wishes into account when booking accommodation. The reserved accommodation is available to the client from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Upon arrival, the customer receives the key to the entrance to the facility. The customer is obliged to lock the entrance door every time he leaves the accommodation. On the day of departure, the customer must leave the accommodation by 10 a.m., an additional fee may be required for late check-out. Due to the risk of fire, smoking in the accommodation is strictly prohibited, as well as the use of open flames in the accommodation and in its immediate vicinity. Before departure, employees inspect the accommodation for any damage that may be charged to the customer.

  1. Payment

All services that have not yet been paid for are paid by the customer upon departure.

Means of payment: advance payment / payment to a transaction account.

  1. Withdrawal from the contract by the customer

In the event that you cancel the reservation, we have the right to refund the costs due to the cancellation. The amount of the refund depends on the time in which you submitted the cancellation. Only written or e-mail cancellation is valid.

In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount paid for the reservation using the following key:

- up to 180 days before arrival: the entire amount of the reservation,

- 179 to 90 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of the reservation,

- 89 to 61 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation,

- 60 or less days before arrival: the amount paid for the reservation is not refunded,

- early departure: the paid reservation amount is not refunded.

In case of cancellation, you are also obliged to pay administrative costs in the amount of EUR 5.

Transaction costs, bank charges and any other costs charged by intermediaries are the customer's cost.

Payment with gift vouchers is subject to the same conditions as above.

VII. Withdrawal of Pravljica na Velika planina from the contract

We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if the specified amount has not been paid within the agreed period. Exceptionally, we may also withdraw from the contract for a legitimate reason (e.g. due to force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, or due to misleading or incorrect material information provided to us by the customer).

VIII. The guarantee of Pravljica na Velika planina

We guarantee our contractual obligations with the diligence of an honest trader. The customer's claims for compensation are excluded (unless it concerns damage caused by intentional or very gross breach of contractual obligation). If a disturbance or damage occurs during the installation service, we will do our best to eliminate it as soon as possible, and the customer is obliged to contribute to the elimination of the disturbance or that the damage is as small as possible. We guarantee the things that the customer brought with him in accordance with the legal provisions only if the damage is related to a breach of duty on our part. Since access to Velika planina by vehicle is prohibited, we do not assume any responsibility in the event that the customer does not comply with the driving ban measure. We also do not assume any responsibility for the customer's vehicle parked at any access point to Velika planina, nor for their belongings stored in the vehicle.

  1. Data use / Privacy policy

  1. Final provisions

All prices from our offer include value added tax (VAT).

In the event of a dispute between the parties, the real court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction over all disputes.
