Pricelist

Price for two (2) persons / night:

  • € 100 from Sunday to Thursday outside the school holidays (in October, November, March and April)
  • € 140 from Sunday to Thursday outside the school holidays (in January, February, May, June, September and December)
  • € 220 Friday, Saturday, holidays and the day before the holiday, and weekdays in summer season (24. 6.-31. 8.)
  • € 280 Friday, Saturday and the day before the holiday in summer season (24. 6.-31. 8.) and Christmas & pre-New Year reservation

Extra charges:

  • extra person 30 € / night (children above 9 years of age 20 € / night, children up to 9 years of age 5 € / night)
  • bedding 10 € / person / whole stay
  • Finnish sauna 30 € / night (Extra fee for cottage with Finnish sauna)
  • tourist tax 2,50 € / night (children up to 18 years 1,25 € / night)
  • dog 25 €/night
  • breakfast 15 €/person

The minimum number of stay is 2 nights. In the case of a reservation for only one night, the additional payment is 40 €.

For five or more nights, we offer a 5% discount.

The above prices and conditions do not apply from 30. 12. till 2. 1. Contact us on info@koca.si or +386 40 850 330 for an offer if you wish to stay with us for Christmas & New Year.
